Restorative Meditation
Restorative Meditation for Integration and Trauma Healing
Experience deep healing through guided restorative meditation designed to gently integrate and release trauma held in the body. This class offers a safe, nurturing space to reconnect with your inner self, fostering calm, embodied awareness, and emotional resilience. Rooted in trauma-informed care, our practice supports healing through stillness, breath, and compassionate presence.
Class is offered every two Wednesday evening at our centre.

Embodied Liberation Movement for Trauma Healing
Step into a space where movement becomes medicine. This class invites you to reconnect with your body through intentional, liberating movement practices designed to release stored trauma and cultivate emotional freedom. Guided by trauma-informed principles, we explore how the body holds stories and how gentle, expressive movement can unlock pathways to healing.
Rooted in the belief that liberation begins within, this class encourages you to honour your body’s wisdom, fostering resilience, connection, and a deeper sense of embodied safety. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to move toward healing.

Chronic Pain Program
6-Week Chronic Pain Program: Healing Through the Wisdom of Yoga Therapy

Discover a holistic approach to managing and healing chronic pain through the therapeutic practice of yoga. This 6-week program, led by a licensed yoga therapist, offers a compassionate, body-centered path to alleviating pain, restoring balance, and reclaiming your sense of wellness and wholeness.

Chronic pain can disrupt every aspect of life—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Through yoga therapy, we explore how pain is held not only in the body but also in the nervous system and mind. This program provides gentle yet powerful tools to release tension, build resilience, and foster a deeper connection to your body’s innate capacity for healing.

Therapeutic Group Therapy Meditation Program
12-Month Therapeutic Meditation Group
For Trauma Healing and Integration
This 12-month group meditation program offers a deeply supportive and therapeutic space for trauma healing, fostering connection, safety, and collective growth. Led by Chrystal Assee, trauma expert and researcher, this intimate program is designed to guide a small group of eight participants through a journey of embodied healing and wellness integration.
Meeting once a month for 90 minutes, this group setting allows participants to experience the profound power of shared healing, where connection to others becomes a vital part of the therapeutic process. Each session introduces progressive meditation practices that build upon one another, addressing layers of trauma stored in the body, mind, and soul.
Through the essence of community, we cultivate a safe container for mutual support, deep listening, and reflection. In this shared space, participants are gently guided to reconnect with their inner world while experiencing the healing resonance of group connectedness.

This bi-monthly somatic trauma support group offers a nurturing and safe space for those seeking to heal trauma through embodied practices. Led by an experienced somatic practitioner, this group is designed to foster ongoing healing, deeper self-awareness, and integration by reconnecting with the body in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Why Somatic Healing?
Trauma often lives in the body, manifesting as tension, discomfort, or disconnection. Somatic practices gently address these stored experiences, creating pathways for release, regulation, and healing. In a supportive group setting, participants can witness and be witnessed, experiencing the profound impact of shared healing.
